Santiago Rodríguez.– El hallazgo del cuerpo sin vida de una mujer, en avanzado estado de descomposición, causó consternación la tarde de este domingo 2 de agosto en el sector Bohio Viejo, municipio Villa Los Almácigos.
La víctima, cuya identidad todavía no ha podido ser establecida, fue encontrada en circunstancias que permanecen bajo investigación. El descubrimiento generó preocupación entre los residentes de la comunidad, mientras las autoridades acordonaban el área para preservar cualquier evidencia que permita esclarecer el caso.
Al lugar se presentaron agentes de la Policía Nacional, miembros de la Dirección Central de Investigación (DICRIM) y el médico legista, quienes realizaron el levantamiento del cadáver y dieron inicio a las diligencias correspondientes.
Debido al avanzado estado de descomposición, no fue posible identificar de inmediato a la fallecida ni establecer de manera preliminar el tiempo y las causas de su muerte.
El cuerpo fue trasladado al Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Forenses (INACIF), donde será sometido a estudios forenses para determinar la causa del fallecimiento y obtener elementos que permitan confirmar su identidad.
Mientras avanzan las investigaciones, permanece la incertidumbre sobre quién era la mujer, cómo llegó hasta ese lugar y qué ocurrió durante sus últimas horas de vida.
Las autoridades informaron que ofrecerán mayores detalles conforme se obtengan los resultados de los análisis y se produzcan nuevos hallazgos relacionados con el caso.
