SANTO DOMINGO. – El Tribunal Superior Electoral (TSE) rechazó una solicitud de medida cautelar que buscaba suspender la aplicación de la resolución 01-2026 de la Junta Central Electoral (JCE) mediante la cual se establecen los montos de la contribución económica del Estado a los partidos, agrupaciones y movimientos políticos durante este año.
La solicitud fue presentada el pasado 3 de agosto por Proyecto Visión Nación y José Cristopher Ramírez.
El tribunal admitió la solicitud en cuanto a la forma pero la rechazó en cuanto al fondo al determinar que no se cumplieron los presupuestos establecidos en el artículo 160 del Reglamento de Procedimientos Contenciosos Electorales para la adopción de una medida cautelar.
RECHAZA ARGUMENTOS DE LA JCE
Durante el proceso, la JCE planteó dos medios de inadmisión, que también fueron rechazados por el tribunal.
Respecto al argumento de que la resolución ya había sido ejecutada en su totalidad, el TSE señaló que la Junta no presentó constancia que demostrara que todos los fondos públicos establecidos en la Resolución 01-2026 habían sido efectivamente entregados a los partidos beneficiarios durante el año en curso.
La decisión del TSE no resuelve el fondo de la demanda principal sino que determina que no procede suspender provisionalmente la resolución de la JCE mientras continúa el proceso.
